We're knee-deep in springtime! The weather is starting to warm up, the farm's getting a little fuller each day, and we've been loving every minute of it.

Here are some new spring-inspired dishes that Chef Jeremy has created and added to our menus recently, at both the girl & the fig and the fig café & winebar.

If you're feeling hungry, don't read any further! This post is definitely drool-inducing...


English Pea Risotto

spring onions, green garlic crema, pea sprouts, parmesan


Blueberry Pudding Cake

strawberry-rhubarb jam, candied pine nuts


Spring Chop Salad

asparagus, snap peas, radish, english peas,

pickled alliums, toasted almonds, rhubarb vinaigrette



Chocolate Chip Cookie Bread Pudding

salted caramel, whipped cream


Café Chop Salad

gem lettuce, arugula, radish, carrot, green onions,

herb croutons, bacon, blue cheese vinaigrette


Goat Cheese Gnocchi

charred pea tendrils, spring peas, baby carrot, pickled shallot, carrot purée


Crispy Spring Onions

Mt. Lassen Trout

crispy polenta, asparagus, sun dried tomato vinaigrette


Spring Pizza
