Suite D: Dane Cellars Wine Dinner



This past Saturday was our Wine Dinner at Suite D with Bart Hansen of Dane Cellars! We had such a great time with Bart, his family and friends, and everyone who joined us for this one-of-a-kind dinner.

The menu included 4 courses paired with 4 wines from Dane Cellars. Guests enjoyed green salad, seafood paella, cheese & charcuterie, shawarma, and chicken mole. Featured wines included Dane Cellars 2016 Chenin Blanc, 2015 Grenache, 2016 Valeria, and 2014 Zinfandel.

  • Pecorino - midnight moon, vella dry jack, red onion confit, cherry chutney
