2018 Hospitality Party at Suite D
Last week, we invited our friends & colleagues in the hospitality industry here in wine country to Suite D for our annual Hospitality Party. We ran into a little rain, but didn't let that put a dent into our fig party.

The rentals from Encore Events Rentals were absolutely stunning inside Suite D! We had the swankiest little lounge area with the coolest couches and chairs ever.
Our beautiful floral arrangements throughout Suite D were created by the amazing Tesoro Flowers! Paul creates the most gorgeous arrangements that always fit the style of the event so perfectly. games & photo booth fun
A&A Music Events brought the fun to our party! We loved having the photo booth, giant Jenga, and giant Connect Four games. In addition, they can also provide your event with music, audio-visual services, and even bouncy houses.
passed hors d'oeuvres
Our tasty passed hors d'oeuvres included the crispy arancini (pea mint pesto), smoked salmon crepe (egg, red onion, dill, crispy caper), wil mushroom chèvre tartlets, cured rock shrimp (lemon curd, red onion confit), and charred steak (seared mushrooms, black garlic). wood-fired pizza oven
For this party we had all the stations going! Our wood-fired pizza oven station was out on the patio. Not only was it fun to watch the process, but the pizza was delicious.
crudités, dips & tapenades
In addition to the wood-fired pizza, we also had a crudités, dips & tapenades station which included seasonal veggies, green goddess dip, olive tapenade, and hummus.
artisan cheese & charcuterie
Our last station was filled with local artisan cheeses and our house-made salumi & pate, spiced nuts, fig jam, apricot chutney, and crostini.

What's a party without the fig rig!?
Our food truck rolled up to Suite D to serve up some delicious french fries including dirty fries, blue cheese fries, and herb fries with tarragon aioli.
Our bar menu for the night featured a few of our the girl & the fig house wines, including the 2016 the girl & the fig rosé, 2016 Mes Amis Francais Melange Blanc, and our 2014 Sonoma Roadside Cochon Red Blend. Plus, guests enjoyed our signature cocktail, the Blackberry Fizz which included our house-made blackberry shrub, Han vodka, sparkling wine, and lemon spritz.
Last but definitely not least - we're still dreaming about this dessert table from our party, filled with delicious Crisp Bakeshop sweets. We also had our pastry chef Don working the gelato cart, serving up the cutest little mini ice cream cones ever, filled with fig & port gelato and vanilla gelato.
